Your payment is held until the consultation is completed
Pay online with mada, Apple Pay, Visa or Mastercard. Payments go through Moyasar, and your card number never reaches Ekal’s servers. If the lawyer cancels or declines, the money comes back to you and you can book another lawyer.

How much does a consultation cost?
Each lawyer sets their own fees for chat, phone and video consultations, and you see the fee before you book. There is no subscription for clients: you pay for the consultations you book and the invoices your lawyer sends you.

Are the lawyers on Ekal licensed?
Yes. A lawyer appears on Ekal only after their licence details are checked and their profile is approved.
Does Ekal give legal advice?
No. Ekal’s AI gives general legal information and suggests the area of law and lawyers who handle it. Legal consultations come only from the licensed lawyer you choose.
How much does a consultation cost?
Each lawyer sets their own fees for chat, phone and video consultations. You see the fee before you book, and clients pay no subscription.
What happens to my payment if the lawyer cancels?
Your payment is held until the consultation is completed. If the lawyer cancels or declines, the money comes back to you and you can book another lawyer.

Who can see my case and my data?
Your lawyer and the team working with them on your case: colleagues at their firm, lawyers they add to it, or a trainee under their supervision. Other clients, and lawyers outside that team, cannot see it. Your personal data is handled under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, and you can ask to export or delete it.
